Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, on Wednesday filed a suit against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for refusing to recognise him as winner of the election in Imo West senatorial district. Okorocha in a suit filed at the Federal High Court in Abuja, asked the court to compel INEC to issue him the Certificate of Return having been declared winner of the election.
